The natural filter is that there is no cash involved. We ask for copies of documents, and if necessary, medical documents. In some cases, the curator meets with the requester in person, and we may involve a psychologist or conduct a social media analysis.

They do not receive the documents and details of the requester until they contact the curator. The first few cases are handled with the curator’s supervision.

No, we do not send letters or messages with emotional stories or alarming photos of sick children. Only concrete facts. Our goal is to help you do a good deed and enjoy it. Therefore, you will only receive help requests when you choose to.

Of course! Each request is considered and processed individually. Moreover, if you or your family need assistance in several areas (for example, a child urgently needs a stroller and an adult needs help with work documents), it is better to submit separate requests. It is easier to find patrons willing to fulfill separate simple requests than one complex one.

The initiative was created on the basis of “Dara” during the lockdown, and the project was established using the funds of Oksana Teleguz and her family. We created a platform for direct assistance. We do not charge any fees, registration is free. The team operates on donations from volunteers and corporate sponsors.

It depends on how much time you are willing to dedicate to the project. We agree on this in advance.

Of course. Registration as a donor does not obligate you to anything. Our goal is to make it possible for you to help whenever and however it’s convenient for you.
